Discover How You are Self-Sabotaging

Start showing up as your best self where Actions meet Intentions

Origin of the Saboteurs

Saboteurs start off as our guardians to help us survive the real and imagined threats to our physical and emotional survival as children. By the time we are adults, we no longer need them, but they have become invisible inhabitants of our mind.

Our Saboteurs’ patterns of thinking, feeling, and reacting become soft-coded in our brain through neural pathways. When these neural pathways are triggered, we are “hijacked” by our Saboteurs and feel, think, and act using their patterns.

Saboteurs Stop You From Getting What You Want...

Your Saboteurs claim they are good for you. For example, your Judge tells you that its constant badgering over your mistakes and shortcomings cause you to improve and achieve.

It is true that your Saboteurs have successfully PUSHED you to improve and succeed through fear, anxiety, blame, shame, guilt, etc. (Negative Reinforcement).

However, research shows that you would succeed even more if you were PULLED by you inherent positive feelings of curiosity, compassion, creativity, love for yourself and others, and love for contribution and self expression (Positive Reinforcement) AND, you would be far happier and less stressed.

*The Saboteur Assessment was created by Shirzad Chamine and is based on his

New York Times bestseller and Stanford lectures.

Research included 500,000 participants, world class athletes, and leaders from every Fortune 100 company.

Where Your True Power Lies...

You are truly in your power when you tap into your "Sage"

Unlike your " Saboteur" your “Sage” lives in an entirely different region of your brain and handles challenges in ways that produce positive emotions like curiosity, empathy, creativity, calm, and clear-headed laser-focused action.

When you are in your Sage brain, you perform better and feel happier. When your Saboteurs are in charge, you feel as if you are dragging heavy boulders and battling for every step forward.  Weakening the Saboteurs that are getting in the way of accomplishing your goals and strengthening your Sage is critical to living your best life.

How to Weaken Your Saboteurs with Mental Fitness...

Your Sage handles challenges through positive emotions like empathy, gratitude, curiosity, creativity, self-confidence, and calm, clear-headed, laser-focused action.

What will be different for you when you start operating more from your Sage?
